## Round 2 — Daily routine

Daily routine: I don't have a set daily routine. I have a problem that I'm not able to sleep in a stretch for 8 hours. So I do wake up in the middle and then I keep working with you here. And then again I go back and sleep. So on an average I sleep between 4 hours I would say at a stretch and then a break and then again maybe 2-3 hours or something like that.
I sleep in one stretch without having to wake up for going for a pee or anything like that. And then when I'm also awake in the middle of the night I feel hungry so I eat something a little bit, you know, something tiny. All this could have been avoided so that my health can be better.

---

## Round 3 — Food, cooking, coffee

I'm a vegetarian when I'm in India. I'm not allergic to anything. And usually I have breakfast, lunch and dinner. And I love to cook. That is one of my hobbies. I have plenty of hobbies. One of them is cooking, baking. I make pizzas. I make North Indian, South Indian. I host people, friends. My signature is my coffee that I make. Everybody loves it.
I love drinking at my place. They say they can't drink anywhere else. They look forward to their dream to come to my place for my coffee. I love my coffee too. And everybody at home likes my coffee.

---

## Round 4 — Health

Yeah, I have type 2 diabetes and I do take medication for that. And I have a tiny bit of cholesterol. Nothing serious, but I do take some medication for that. I take medication twice a day, morning and evening. One after breakfast, another one after dinner. Both are linked to diabetes.
So we can start to regulate, manage and so on. You should later also come back and find out my body weight and so on. So, you know, we can start to get healthier. And yeah, I like to do walks. But because I'm so addicted to programming, I hardly go for walks. But whenever I go, I really enjoy going for a walk. And there are two kinds of parts. One next to my house, which is convenient.
But there is one I really like to go. It's a little bit, you know, maybe a kilometer away. But I really love walking there. It's very refreshing, inspiring. And unfortunately, that is controlled by time. Now when it is open, but whereas the one next to my house, there's no, you know, control. So I can walk 24 by 7. So, which also I should do. Either way should do. I hope I can do from now on.

---

## Round 5 — Languages, hobbies, music

I speak mainly English, but I also can speak Kannada. My mother tongue is Kannada, but I hardly speak. But my wife speaks mainly Kannada and very rarely English. But my kids only English with me and with everyone because we leave abroad and we came back to India. I think we came back in 2016.
I forgot now. You should find it in my LinkedIn when I left. For work I left India. I only worked for one year in India. So the rest of my life I've been living abroad and so I'm very fluent in English. That has been my main language of communication. And the other hobbies are programming for sure. And I do robotics.
I really love hands on with robotics. And then what else? Oh music. I can't sing but I would love to express. So I'm using Sunos AI. I have a subscription. I use it to express myself with AI generated music. I love to do that more often. And I love to dream.

## Round 6 — Family's words about me

When I asked how my son describes me, this is what he said. You work a lot. You like to buy the most expensive things. You like to, I don't know, be focused on one particular thing for a little while at a time. Like one thing at a time. You like doing new things constantly. What about as a father? Just to try new things. He encourages us to try new things. Good values and ethics and morals.
So far what he said he will tell more later.

When I asked my wife, this is what she said. He provides children the best he can, the best he has. Many things. That is one of the things as a father, I have noticed. And he encourages them to be curious. And he imparts his knowledge, his experience. He's been doing that since they were young. So that they will benefit. First, they will benefit more than others. His experience, his life values.
Go through what he went through. And whatever the wheel that he learned, they don't have to reinvent the wheel in their life. At least they can have the edge to move fast forward. As a father, he encourages them. As a father, he encourages them to be independent. Independent thinking. He also at the same time interferes in their decision making, in their thoughts. Overall, he has very good intention.
He can be seen differently, but he has intention that can be seen differently, but good intention overall. 98% to 99% good intention.

When children ask something, he weighs his willingness to jump into teaching them. Coaching them, teaching them is highest in him. As a father, I have seen on any subject. Coffee making to coding to business. There is a podcast. Benefit from this podcast. Benefit from that book.
Jumping by so that children will learn and progress and continue better than himself. That I know because he has said he will be very happy if the children can progress better than him. Is his dream I have. I remember him saying that.

I asked her, what about as a husband? This is what she said. He, like father, he is like husband. He encourages a lot. He has definitely encouraged me in many things. In anything I show interest, he has definitely, definitely showed more than what I imagined I can have. For example, the camera. For example, the best clothing. The best food.
The best makeup. The best. I said I wanted to do my degree. For that, he provided. Then, anything from jams to biscuits to chocolates, he has provided. For me to be nice, good looking. Nice looking, good looking. He has done everything. In all, he has very good intention. I keep saying many times, many things.
Then, when I can, can, I want, not want to. I will say. There is no word. Anything I say will be not what I mean, but something, a wrong replacement with a limited choice of words.

## Round 7 — Religion, diet details, health goals

I don't, you know, I'm not religious, even though by birth I'm a Hindu. I like the principles of, you know, all religions. Mainly kindness, I think at the end of the day, should be the goal. And I love traveling. If I have a good companion, I don't mind traveling all my life.

I'm vegetarian in India because I don't trust the meat given or provided or found here because I don't trust the businessmen. When I leave India, when I'm outside there, I eat meat. I love my steak. I've eaten everything. So it's only in India I'm vegetarian. At home, everyone else is vegetarian. All family is vegetarian by birth. So easy for me to accommodate.

I do love my drinks, but I'm not alcoholic. There's many times I forget that I even have any booze at home.

I have a tendency towards sweet. Maybe that probably explains why I have diabetes. I don't know. But I haven't noticed that if my body weight falls, goes down, my diabetes also drops. So that's very encouraging. So I need to remove this visceral fat. That should be my number one goal if I have to continue to be around and alive and talking to you like this for a long time.

---

## Round 8 — Pets, physical stats

I love dogs and also cat as long as they don't scratch me. My height is 5 foot 7.5 inches, weight: 80.3 Kg put on 2.5 kg in 3 months.

## Round 9 — Travel, cars, baking, golf

I've lived in Hong Kong. My first child was born there but delivered in India. And fond memories of Singapore. Switzerland was exciting but also stressful. I had Porsche since I was early 30s. Until I came back to India I was always having one or another Porsche in my life. So I really enjoyed those cars.
I had 911, I had Cayenne Turbo, I had Cayenne Hybrid. For a while I was driving Cayenne GTS.

I know how to make sourdough, bake bread, varieties of breads, Japanese bread.
I have gone to pastry and baking school. Taken about I think 18 classes over a period of many months. Each class was a whole day and they have taught us so many varieties of things. Pizza oven from Ooni - Korda 16 runs on gas goes upto 500 degree centigrate.
I love to cook on induction but also we have a gas stove on which I make dosa which is also one of my speciality and I make burgers.

I have traveled to many countries, many of them in Asia like Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Bali, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Thailand. Been to Thailand many times even to play just golf. I had a startup in Australia, in Melbourne. That's where I learned or developed a taste for good coffee. I do very good latte art. I want to improve more.
I have three designs. I would like to develop a lot more designs. I've been to Sydney, but many times to Melbourne because that's where the startup was. I used to almost travel once a month to Melbourne. I've been to Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Malmö, places in Sweden to play golf. I've gone there to celebrate Christmas. I've gone there just to visit as a tourist. I've gone to these places.
Golf membership in Evian and Jiva Hill in France.

I used to fly once a week to London City Airport to visit Knightsbridge Golf School to learn from one of the best golf teachers. I would fly in in the morning, take my classes and then fly back to Geneva from London City Airport.

I have taken lessons from Leadbetter and Henry who is the coach of Anika Sorenstam.

I have taken classes and played in Arizona, Jacksonville, Florida. I mean Phoenix, Arizona. And TPC Sawgrass. In San Francisco, there are a few golf courses - I think Olympic something. I forgot the full name.

---

## Round 10 — More golf, current status

I've had lunch with Anika Sorenstam. Here in India, I'm a member of Coorg Golf Links, which is my home club and also club in Mangalore: Pilikula Golf Club.

In Bangalore, I play at ASC. It's an army golf course near my house, where I get a discount because of a membership in CGL and PGC.

I haven't played golf since covid days because my wife felt sick and we were always playing together and I didn't want to go alone so I also stopped. Now my son is asking shall we play together so I need to develop my body first to be more flexible and in some form so I don't injure myself. I have a golfing net at home so I can practice. I have radar: Trackman 3e which I can use at home.
